Our founder

Ken Teale is the founder and Managing Director of Confideo Partners. 

Prior to his executive search career, Ken spent 16 years’ in senior management and investment management roles in non-bank lending and asset management businesses.

Ken’s industry knowledge, deep industry networks and first-hand understanding of the skills that senior executives need to be successful in these industries, enable Confideo Partners to provide both rapid execution and more effective assessment of the capabilities of executives in these sectors.

His extensive experience in partnering with high growth small and micro cap, PE backed, VC backed and founder led businesses, enables us to more effectively identify and assess executives that fit the culture found in high growth, disruptive businesses.

Having co-founded a funds management business, Ken is intimately familiar with the challenges faced by early stage businesses and has an innate understanding of the qualities required by executives to succeed in these dynamic, high growth environments.
